Responsibilities
- Lead the Software Developers

Guide junior developers and do code reviews
- Oversee all phases of project development from inception to deployment

Enforce coding standards and implement quality assurance measures to uphold superior software quality.
- Tackle technical obstacles and devise inventive solutions for intricate issues.
Must Have
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering / Mathematics / Physics / Science
- Min. 2 years experiences as Software Developer Lead
- Min. 5 years experiences as Software Developer
- Mastery of various programming languages and technologies essential to the company's projects.
- Willing to work from Tebet, Jakarta Selatan
Nice to have
- Have knowledge & experience in using SQL Server, C# and .NET is a plus.
- Deep understanding and experience in Database Transactions, Isolation Levels (read committed, snapshot, etc), Locking and Blocking in Transactions, Preventing Deadlocks, Secure Connection Strings for Database Connections
- Strong logical skill
- Strong analytical skills
